This is a fully customized industrial unmanned aerial vehicle system designed for surveillance, search and rescue, inspection, and public address operations. The core platform is a carbon fiber and aluminum alloy airframe with expanded dimensions of 1430 x 1270 x 660 mm and a symmetrical wheelbase of 1270 mm. It supports a maximum load of 5 kg, achieves a maximum ascent speed of 5 m/s, and flies at speeds of 10 m/s or higher. With a route duration of 30 minutes, IP65 water resistance, Level 6 wind resistance, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 50°C, it is built for harsh environments. The drone features automatic return, ±50 cm positioning accuracy, and a coverage radius that can reach 15 km.
**Flight Control & Power System**
The system is operated using an H16 Smart Remote Control featuring a 7-inch high-definition, high-brightness LCD touch screen. It has 16 channels, operates at 4.2V on 2.400 to 2.483 GHz with new FHSS frequency hopping, and supports online app upgrades. The controller weighs 530g, measures 272 x 183 x 94 mm, and houses a 20000 mAh battery providing 6 to 20 hours of battery life with a control distance of 20 to 30 km in open conditions.
Primary power comes from a 14s66AH battery cell rated at 51.8V nominal voltage with 298 Wh energy density. It weighs 12.3 kg and measures 250 x 163 x 142 mm. A dedicated charger is included with input voltage of AC 110V to 220V. At 110V it delivers 1200W single channel or 600W dual channel charging, and at 220V it provides 1400W single channel or 900W dual channel. **Multi-Payload Modules**
1. **Dual-Light Pod**: Combines 10x optical zoom visible light with 4 million pixels and 256x thermal imaging. The infrared sensor has a 25 mm focal length, 256 x 192 pixel resolution, and a 7mm lens with a 24 x 18 field of view. The gimbal provides roll from -45° to +45°, pitch from -45° to +135°, and yaw from -240° to +240°.
2. Searchlight: Rated at 160W with 20,000 LM luminous flux. It operates on 22 to 60 VDC input, has a 90° lateral tilt adjustment, and uses PWM switch input signal.
3. Megaphone: Audio amplification equipment with 100W maximum power and 60W rated power. Input voltage is DC 12 to 25.2 V with 3W static power consumption. It communicates on 420 to 480 MHz, projects sound greater than 300 meters, weighs 600g, and measures 210 x 155 x 110 mm. It uses XT60 or XT30 power connectors.
